Labour markets have become a topic of debate and special interest among competition authorities, policymakers and businesses in numerous jurisdictions. Cases involving anticompetitive agreements in labour markets have made the headlines in various jurisdictions, including Türkiye.

The session will discuss main competition law concerns in labour markets. In particular, we will focus on the comparative analysis of the existing approaches to no-poaching agreements, as well as analyse the landmark cases in the EU, US, UK and Türkiye.
