Fevzi Toksoy is a Managing Partner at ACTECON. He bases his professional life on the notion of fair competition in all areas of life, whereas ethics and compliance are the core of it.

He is active in promoting international competition policy for better business, sustainable future and competitive economies. Fevzi freshly started serving as one of the Vice Chairs of the Business and Industry Advisory Committee (BIAC) to the OECD.

He occasionally attends the ICN meetings as a Non-Governmental Advisor.

He is also the Chairperson of the Competition Law Working Group of the Turkish Business Association, and of the Foundation for Civil Society, a non-profit charity.

Fevzi teaches European Union Competition Law at Marmara University Jean Monnet Institute and an author of numerous publications, including academic pieces (Merger Control in the EU and Turkey).

He speaks Turkish, English and French.
