Riccardo Tremolada is an associate in the London office.

Riccardo’s practice focuses on EU, Italian and UK competition law.  His experience includes complex merger control proceedings, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance cases and a wide range of regulatory matters, including digital markets regulation.

He has represented clients before the European Commission, the Italian Competition Authority and the UK Competition and Markets Authority, as well as in litigation before the EU Courts and the Italian Administrative Courts.

Riccardo has worked in the Rome, Washington DC and Milan offices before transferring to the London office in 2023.

Riccardo graduated with honours from the University of Milan.  He also holds an LLM from Harvard Law School, a PhD in European Union law (University of Naples Federico II), and an SJD in international business law (Shanghai Jiao Tong University).  He is a Fulbright Scholar.

Riccardo has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2016.  He is a native Italian speaker and fluent in English, French and Portuguese.
