Laura Tresoldi

Laura Tresoldi’s practice primarily focuses on EU and Italian competition law.

Ms. Tresoldi advises clients in the framework of merger control procedures, and cartel and abuse of dominant position issues. She advises Italian and foreign companies in relation to proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority and the European Commission and on appeal respectively before the Italian Administrative Courts and the EU courts.

Ms. Tresoldi joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining the firm she interned at the European Commission, where she focused on state aid.

Ms. Tresoldi has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2020. She is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English and French.
