Dealing with uncertainty in M&A deals: mergers below thresholds, new regimes around the world, new notification requirements

Thursday 28th September h. 17:15-18:00 (CET)
Managed by
Herbert Smith Freehills

The M&A-world is in turmoil: Regulatory notification requirements are getting stricter and more expansive: In addition, to “traditional” merger control filing requirements, companies now need to consider foreign direct investment requirements and a potential filing requirement under the new Foreign Subsidies Regulation. Our panel will discuss implications on M&A transaction and deal certainty both from an inhouse and external counsel perspective.
