Nathalie Jalabert-Doury is the co-leader of the European Antitrust & Competition practice.

She has authored recognized practical guides intended for legal departments on antitrust inspections.
Nathalie also handles a number of merger and FDI cases each year. She notably assists companies in structuring complex transactions (full-function and non-full-function ventures; strategic alliances; build-ups; hostile takeovers) and has acquired significant experience in various specific industries, in particular in the consumer goods, food and retail sectors.
