Natalia Latronico is a senior associate based in the Brussels office.
Ms. Latronico’s practice focuses on EU and Italian competition law.
Her experience includes complex abuse of dominance cases, antitrust investigations, merger proceedings, and litigation before EU and Italian Courts, as well as a wide range of issues related to distribution agreements and compliance.
Her practice spans a variety of industries, including technology, luxury goods, e-commerce, consumer goods, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals.
Ms. Latronico graduated from the University of Milan in 2012 and obtained an LL.M. with first-class honors from the College of Europe (Bruges) in 2014, as well as a Ph.D. in EU law from the University of Milan in 2018. Her doctoral research focused on rights of defense in EU antitrust proceedings.
Ms. Latronico joined the firm’s Milan office in 2014. Since 2024, she has been seconded to the Brussels office. Prior to joining the firm, Natalia worked as an intern at the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Ms. Latronico is the co-author of publications on antitrust matters, including: “Concentrazioni sotto soglia: più coni d’ombra che luce nei recenti sviluppi a livello europeo e nazionale” in Rivista Corporate Governance, 2025; the Italy chapter in Dominance and Monopolies Review 2020-2023; the chapter “The Bitter Medicine: Competition Law and Parallel Trade in the Pharmaceutical Sector” in World Competition, 2017.
She has been a member of the Milan since 2017 and of the Brussels FR E since 2025. She is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English and French.
