Joanna Lenart

Joanna is a Senior Competition Lawyer at A.P. Moller – Maersk, a global transport and logistics company, where she handles matters related to competition law at the group level. In particular, she is involved in advising on competition law aspects of M&A transactions, including obtaining merger and other regulatory approvals globally.

Joanna is a Non-Governmental Advisor of the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority to the International Competition Network (ICN) in the merger working group. Prior to joining Maersk in 2019, she worked at international law firms in Warsaw and Brussels.
