Daniel von Brevern

Daniel von Brevern heads Eversheds Sutherland’s German Competition, Trade & Foreign Investment group. He has been advising on competition law/merger control and FDI out of Brussels and Düsseldorf for more than 20 years.

Daniel frequently publishes on competition law and FDI issues. He teaches competition law at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

Daniel is recognized as a leading German competition lawyer by Wirtschaftswoche (2022) and Best Lawyers/Handelsblatt (2022).
