Piotr Modrzejewski

Piotr Modrzejewski is an attorney-at-law (adwokat) registered with the Warsaw Bar Association. He works at the law firm “Modrzejewski i Wspólnicy” sp. j. in Warsaw which is the first place to go for clients seeking expertise in particular in corporate, M&A, energy and real estate transactions.

He gained experience at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg and in renowned law firms in Warsaw and London. He graduated from LL.M. at University of California Berkeley (Executive Track, Two Summers), obtaining additionally Certificate in Business Law.

He is a PhD in legal studies, author and co-author of many scientific & journalistic publications (in particular he’s author of a book published in 2023 by Wolters Kluwer) and he gave many lectures at conferences. Moreover, he’s a member of many prestigious associations, including in particular Berkeley Global Society and Warsaw Rowing Society (Warszawskie Towarzystwo Wioślarskie).
