Kirsty McCarron

Kirsty McCarron is an associate in the Baker McKenzie London office’s Antitrust & Competition team. After training at the Firm, she qualified into the team in 2022.

As a trainee, Kirsty spent time on secondment with Baker McKenzie’s EU Competition & Regulatory Affairs practice in Brussels.

Kirsty’s practice covers a wide variety of competition law issues, focusing on multijurisdictional merger control, EU and UK cartel investigations, vertical distribution issues and behavioural and compliance advice.

She has broad experience working directly with regulators, including the European Commission and the UK Competition and Markets Authority.
