Joachim Piotrowski

Joachim Piotrowski is a Senior Associate in the London Competition team and a core member of Osborne Clarke’s Sport Group.

He advises clients on a range of competition law matters, including merger control, foreign direct investment, regulatory compliance and investigations.

Joachim has in-depth experience of UK, EU and Polish merger control proceedings, acting on Phase 1 and Phase 2 merger control investigations.

He has published several articles on the topic of sports law and is considered an expert in his field having commented for a number of UK and international news outlets, including The Telegraph, LawInSport, Off The Pitch, TalkSport, CityAM and Dagens Nyheter.
