Jan Maciejewski

Jan Maciejewski is an attorney-at-law (radca prawny) registered with the Warsaw Bar Association. He is Head of Competition and Consumer protection at the law firm “Modrzejewski i Wspólnicy” sp.j. in Warsaw.

With over 18 years of experience, he provides legal services to both Polish and international clients in Polish, English and Italian. His main focus is on finding and proposing solutions to the legal problems of his clients, in particular in the field of competition law, consumer law, unfair competition law, advertising law, tailoring the solution to the client’s business.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the School of Italian and European Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, which was co-organized by the University of Catania. He is also a scholarship holder at the Faculty of Law at the University of Parma. He is a member of The Polish Competition Law Association.
