Dr. Hanna Stakheyeva serves as Knowledge Counsel at ACTECON, where she leads the firm’s knowledge strategy by managing legal content, publications, training programs, conferences, and innovative knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Her career spans legal practice in Istanbul, Brussels, and Kyiv, complemented by academic contributions at Boğaziçi University and the ELSA Summer School.
Dr. Stakheyeva holds degrees from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University and the University of Amsterdam, along with an International Baccalaureate diploma from UWC Atlantic in Wales, UK. She is admitted to the Bar of Ukraine and has contributed to numerous international conferences and publications.
Committed to advancing international collaboration, she actively engages with global organizations and research institutions to support impactful developments in competition law. She also leads the regional initiative of the George Washington Competition & Innovation Lab. In 2025, she launched Knowledge Connect, an annual event dedicated to knowledge counsels and professional support lawyers working in the field of competition law.
