Andrzej Potasz

Andrzej Potasz is an attorney-at-law (adwokat) registered with the Warsaw Bar Association. He works at the law firm “Modrzejewski i Wspólnicy” sp.j. in Warsaw.

He specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions – joint ventures, private equity, including venture capital, corporate restructurings and corporate governance. He is an enthusiast of new technologies and the application of legal project management principles in legal project execution.

He has authored and co-authored numerous academic and professional articles, including “Enforcement of judgments in Poland: overview,” published by Thomson Reuters. He is currently deepening his knowledge of business operations through postgraduate executive studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
