Main in-house lawyers antitrust concerns and challenges in the changing world

The panel will address from an operational perspective the interactions between the regulation of foreign direct investment control by governments and the regulation of merger control by competition authorities. Particular attention will be devoted to procedural, substantive, negotiation and remedy aspects as well as judicial challenges.

The dialogue will be moderated by Michele Carpagnano, the external counsel part will be taken care of by Giulia Giordano and the in-house perspective will be provided by Marcello Caramazza.
