Hot topics in vertical agreements and online sales restrictions: are luxury goods a world apart?

A string of recent antitrust decisions imposing important fines on luxury and premium goods companies for online sales restrictions (notably in France) raise interesting legal and economic issues. The round table aims to discuss these recent developments in light of the (more or less) established EU case law (Pierre Fabre, Coty…) and seek how they make sense for in-house counsel, crossing lawyers’ and an economists’ perspectives.
